PYC leader asks youth to exercise right to franchise 2/26/2013 1:21:47 AM EARLY TIMES REPORT JOURIAN, Feb 25: Vice President of Youth Congress Sunil Sharma has appealed to youth for active participation in democracy by exercising the right to franchise. Sunil, who was addressing a gathering of youth, said that those who attain the age of 18 must register themselves as a voter. Calling upon the youth to make Minister for PHE Sham Lal Sharma's hands strong as he is a bold and dynamic leader, Sunil Sharma said that we are lucky that such a leader represents Akhnoor Consti-tuency. Youth Cong leader said that Sham Lal work above the vote bank politics due to which there is sharp decline of his opponents and increase in supporters.
