Police books youth for allegedly raping teenage girl in Daroni

Rajouri, Mar 6: Police have booked a class 12th student for allegedly raping a teenage girl of village Daroni in Nowshera of the forward area of border district Rajouri.
A case of rape was registered on Tuesday following a complaint by the girl’s parents, sources said and added the parents of the girl reached to the police station and alleged Mohammed Farooq son of Gulam Hussain of Patrai, Lam allegedly raped the girl, when she was alone at home.
The incident had taken place on February 25, when both father and mother of the victim were not at home. When they reached home the girl disclosed the family about the incident, reports said.
Sources said that police lodged case under section 376, 458,342under an FIR number 47 and have started investigation.
