| JKSTA demands probe in BOSE- teachers' nexus | | | | Rajouri, Mar 8: Alleging an unholy Teachers- JK Board of School Education (BOSE) nexus, Jammu & Kashmir State Teachers Association (JKSTA) District President Tanveer Shawl today demanded probe how the authorities depute some blue eyed for the last 10 years for examination duties. In a press statement issued here, District President JKSTA, Tanveer Shawl presented a list of some teachers getting undue privileges. He also alleged that one of them is Shahbaz Khan a teacher allegedly having a criminal track record in the police and department figure at the top. Seeking streamlining of the department especially the BOSE- teachers' nexus, Khan submitted the crater of demands to BOSE authorities in Rajouri district. He also said that there are dozens of enquiries pending against said teacher with the department and even has been he was suspended and had been attached to Director Office for his habitual 'absenteeism' and etc yet concerned authorities have deputed him on duty of Exam reasons better known to concerned authorities. JKSTA members demand from the concerned Minister and Director Education to take necessary action in this regard. JKSTA also demanded director to keep check on such element (teachers) who are allegedly running some newspapers, NGO and some fake organizations to get privileged postings. |
