PDP to celebrate foundation day on August 4 7/29/2013 9:22:04 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Rajouri, July 29 : Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday decided to celebrate its foundation day on 4th August. According to press release, District President Abdul Aayoom Dar and PDP MLA Zulfkar Ali informed the party was going to organize a huge convention on August 4 and mark its foundation day.
