| DPP appeals Governor to regularize all striking employees | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 5: Dugger Pradesh Party (DPP) on Monday urged Governer, NN Vohra to regularize all striking forth class employees of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University.
According to press release, DPP members said that injustice with the local people who surrender their prime land for university and people at the helm of affairs exploiting the services of their wards through ' a favorite contractor' who is getting extension every year which clearly speaks that a source of corruption.
DPP further said that there are some people who are not ready to retire and availing better jobs facilities after superannuation but they don't allow the other especially youth to get regular jobs by creating contract system while making statutes of various university.
Party further appealed NN Vohra, to pay at least rupees 5 lakhs as compensation to both employees, Sanjay Kumar died in 2009 and Karnail Singh died recently while performing duties in the university campus and recruit one family member as permanent employee of university.
