Police rescues man marooned in flash floods

Jammu, Aug 5: Police today rescued a person working as daily wager with PHE Department who suddenly got trapped in flash flood in Darhali river, Rajouri while crossing the river.
According to police reports, a person namely identified namely as Tufail Hussain (45) s/o Mohd Din of village Dana, Daily Wager employee of PHE Department got trapped in flash flood in Darhali river, Rajouri while crossing the river. "On receiving the information, Police team swung into action and rescue party alongwith team of SDRF rushed to the spot and saved the precious life. The two Constable Zulfkar Ahmed No 676/R and Molvi Mushtaq Choudhary S/o Slah Mohd R/o Fatehpur did a commendable job in rescued operation, police said.
