Kandi Panchayat residents blame Govt for failing to protect land from erosion

Kathua, Aug 10 : Residents of a Kandi Panchayat of Bilawar tehsil Chilkh blamed the district administration, flood control department, local MLA and minister Dr Manohar Lal Sharma for failing to protect the agriculture land from soil erosion due to the flood in Badoli Nalha.
Residents Mangal Singh, Yash Pal Singh, Omkar Singh, Balwant Singh, and Diwan Singh claimed that their agriculture land has been eroded in flood in Badoli Nalla and the practice of erosion has been occurring since long for which they apprised their demands so many times.
They urged the district administration to take some immediate steps to protect the area from the flood and soil erosion.
