early times report Jammu, Aug 12: VHP has extended the Bandh call for another 24 hours till 13th August and has asked for Governor's rule in J&K, as judicial inquiry which has been announced by Omar Abdullah to inquire Kishtwar Clashes leaving three persons dead and many others injured is not sufficient. Addressing the media persons, Dr Shyam Lal Gupta, State Gen. Secretary of VHP has asked that an independent fact finding committee shall be constituted, in which at least two Hindu businessman of Kishtwar area shall be included to access the property losses of the minorities during the recent clashes, as VHP has already demanded that compensation shall be provided to the riots affected in Kishtwar District. Dr Gupta has asked to register FIR's against the persons involved in the recent attacks on minorities in Kishtwar, as no cases and arrests of those who had vandalized so for whereas, peacefully agitating people including a Hindu spiritual guru, Mahant Rameshwar Daas of Purani Mandi Ram Mandir Jammu has been arrested. Speaking to the media persons, Dr Gupta asked for removal of JKAP from disturbed areas as fresh clashes have erupted today in Adyal area of Kishtwar district, as JKAP Jawans deployed there allegedly entered into the houses of a particular community forcefully. VHP leader also demanded immediate removal of all the charges against the people arrested in different police stations all across the Jammu region. VHP has stated that, mere resignation of Sajjad Ahmad Kitchloo, is not sufficient as he has resigned of his responsibilities from the ministry pending the outcome of the judicial inquiry against him during Kishtwar riots.
