Poonch, Aug 18: Dr Shehnaz Ganai today visited Budha Amarnath at Mandi to oversee the arrangements of pilgrimage. She interacted with yatris that had come to pay obeisance at the revered place from different places of the country. She also interacted with the organising committee of the Yatra at Mandi. She visited the Yatri Niwas complex where the yatris are putting up.
She appreciated the efforts of the local people for their efforts of providing the logistic support to the Yatris and the organising committee in making the Yatra successful. She appreciated that people of Mandi and poonch in exhibiting and maintaining the age old Communal Harmony and Mutual brother hood.
Earlier she visited Dashnami Akhara at poonch where the yatris are putting up and interacted with the yatris. |
