Jammu, Aug 18 Rashtriya Rifles(RR) organizes an Educational-cum-Motivational tour named 'Sair-e-Watan' for students hailing from various schools Nachlana, Khari, Trenna, Kumla, Buzla, Mohu and Mangat of Ramban district and was flagged off by Commander sector Rashtriya Rifles from Chanderkot on Sunday. The tour comprising 23 students and two teachers has been organised by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Delta), for the duration of ten days from 18 to 30 Aug 2013 to Delhi and Rai (Sonipat), as part of the ongoing 'Op Sadbhavana'. The aim of tour is, to showcase the development of country youth from remote and far flung areas, as also to provide them an opportunity to visit important places of interest and to interact with the people of those regions and also eminent personalities, thereby widening their horizon. During the tour, the student will get an opportunity to visit Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Nehru Planetarium, Qutub Minar, Akshardham, Lotus Temple, St Stephen's College, Kirorimal College, Jamia Milia Islamia University, and the youth will experience a ride in the Delhi Metro at Delhi, and Khwaja Khizar Tomb, Tilyar Lake in Sonipat and Rohtak. During the tour the participants would also get an opportunity to interact with Vice Chief of Army Staff at Delhi.
