Srinagar, Aug 31: President Jammu Private Schools and ETT Institutes Association (Progressive) Deep Singh Saturday claimed that instead of corrections and creating conducive atmosphere, top state authorities seem adamant and revengeful towards stakeholders. Expressing his views over the allegations levelled against the state ETT colleges by the petitioner advocate in his petition before the J&K High court at Srinagar while referring an old report of the government committee, Singh said such an attempt was deliberately managed by the top state authorities just to curb the self fabricated mess within the working of ETT colleges in order to avoid any expected political interference. "As the issue is now before the High Court and expectedly relevant facts will come before the Court including the casual and in corrective measures of the state government, state school Board's top administration and the alleged misconduct of ETT promoters," Singh observed. "Different kind of flaws were often being noticed in public working but it doesn't mean that authorities will just act as a part of foul plays for years together as per suitability and instead of corrections will adopt an immediate biased and revengeful attitude," he added. While endorsing the statement of general secretary of the J&K Private Schools United Front GN Var, he said that undoubtedly vested interest groups within state government and its administration were hurdling the smooth functioning of private schools. "Both central and state governments are just focused on hollow slogans without any practical measures on ground," Singh alleged. |
