Jammu, Aug 31: J&K Bhartiya Kissan Sangh today demanded regularization of services of daily wagers and removing of pay anomalies of clerical cadre. According to press release, General Secretary, JKBKS, Subash Dasgotra has opposed the demand of some quarter for enhancing the retirement age of State Govt. employees from 58 years to 60 years. He said that the repeated strike of the employees is badly affecting the work in the offices and people are facing problems, the Govt. must take note of the problems of the people. He said the unemployment amongst the educated youth is already increasing and if the retirement age enhance, it would further add to the problems of unemployment. Dasgtora also said for eradication of corruption and mal practices, the corrupt element in the services should be brought under scanner and dealt with heavy hands. |
