Jammu, Aug 31: In a petition filed by Sayeda Saba Fatima and Priya Bakshi challenging the selection of 11 and allotment of discipline/institution in utter violation of Rule 17 of SRO 294 of 2005 dated October 21, 2005 and seeking quashment of notification No 36 of BOPEE of 2013 dated August 23 High Court has directed that as an interim measure one seat in JKPM and one seat in CDP in the SKIMS Soura Srinagar shall not be filled, if not already filled, till next date of hearing The order was passed by Justice Virender Singh of High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Advocate Irfan Ahmed Khan for the petitioner. |
