| TWA stages protest against ERA, PWD | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31: Traders Welfare Association (TWA) today staged protest against ERA and PWD at JP Chowk, Below Gumat.
According to press release, TWA president Ramesh Taak said that ERA and PWD have dug up road since long, right from Indira Chowk to below Gumat but the work was left incomplete till date.
"The stones are spread hither and thither due to which so many accidents have took place besides many people have got serious injuries and vehicles are damaged" Taak said.
He demanded the state government to repair the road (Indira Chowk to Below Gumat) as soon as possible. Rajan Gupta, Tara Chand, Babu Ram, Sudesh Suri, Mohd. Ashraf. Surinder Ralli, Deepak Sharma, Showket, Davinder Singh Rainu, Tilak Raj, Raj Kumar, Sat Pal Singh, Trilok Singh, Durga Dass and Sewa Ram were present on the occasion. |
