3-day Kailash Yatra begins

BHADERWAH, Sept 2: Three days Kailash Yatra today begins at Bhaderwah. The Kailash Yatra proceeds from Vasuki Nag Temple Ghatta Bhadarwah which passed through Lakshmi Narayan Temple towards Kailash Kund, in which pilgrimages from through out the State as well as Country participating.
For the first time more than one thousand people are going to Kailash Kund and today with Charri Yatra of Kailash they will stay at Hayan where from Kalash Kund 17 km away.Security was beefed in the whole town included the way of the Yatra by Doda Police and two additional units of CRPF were also deployed for the smooth conduct of holly yatra , SSP Doda Arif Reshu informed media persons while speaking on the occasion.
It is wortth while to mention here that Bhagwan Vasuki Nag Temple is situated at Gatha, Bhadarwah. The king of Bhaderwah at that time perhaps 500 years ago was Vasak Dehra.
