| EP Tenants Welfare Society holds meeting | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 2: EP Tenants Welfare Society's General Body Meeting was held here today in which the elections of the society and other matters were discussed thoroughly and the proposed resolutions were passed with one voice.
During the meeting the General Body passed a resolution that the present leadership under the Presidentship of Inder Mohinder Tar Singh has done a great job and thus the same should continue for another tenure of two years and free hand is given to Tar Singh to nominate other members of the society.
Before this the General Body passed the resolution with one voice that the recent expulsion of Suraj Prakash Sharma for anti society activities is genuine and in future too the precedent should be maintained for those who work against the society.
The meeting also adopted a resolution wherein it was decided to approach crime branch and the other forums against the earlier expelled members on corruption charges so that in future no-one should dare to commit such nefarious acts. |
