JAMMU, Sept 2: Congress MLA Indu Pawar inaugurated lanes and drains constructed at the cost of Rs 6 lakh and Rs 5.50 lakh for replacement of works/strengthening of LT Network from her CDF funds in Shamachak Panchayat.
Pawar also addressed a meeting organized by congress workers of Shamachak Panchayat Kalyanpur, Marh Block.
While addressing the workers she said that main purpose of these meeting was to discuss their problems.
She further said that Congress is the only secular party which is working without any discrimination on cast and creed.
MLA also inspected houses which were destroyed by recent heavy rains and flash floods in Karloop, Halqua, Shamachak and other villages of Marh Block.
She said that Congress has succeeded in explaining its manifesto of service to the people throughout the state adding that Congress had became a vibrant situation in all the three regions of the state.
