Jammu, Sept 2: Northern Railway organized one day workshop for Railway Protection Force (RPF) Frontline officers and staff related to communication skills and behavior towards customers.
The workshop was organized as a part of refresher course module for the frontline officers and staff who are interacting with the passengers on daily basis.
The workshop was chaired by Additional General Manager, Northern Railway, Anup Sahu. Samina Safiq, member of National Commission for woman addressed the gathering highlighting the issues related to woman security and behavior skills.
Dr. Sweta Srivastava Malla, Faculty Institute of International Foreign Trade (IIFT) Organizational Behavior Communication Skills as the guest speaker presented the paper related to communication skill during working hours. |
