PVS to honour meritorious students on Sept 15 9/6/2013 8:55:32 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 6: A social organization PVS has decided to honour meritorious students and intellectuals on the eve of Vishwakarma Pooja Diwas, September 15. According to press release, president of PVS, Ravi Verma said that a felicitation function would be organized by organization at its headquarter Gurha Bakshi Nagar at 10 AM.
