Srinagar, Sept 6: The Zubin Mehta concert being organized by the German Embassy and hosted by the Ambassador Michael Steiner and Madam Eliese Steiner will be telecasted live on DD National, DD India and DD Kashir channels at 5pm sharp on Saturday.
The show according to organizers would also be telecasted in more than 58 countries including Europe.
Zubin Mehta will commence the concert with the composition of the Abhay Sopori followed by classic legends like Beethoven, Haydn and Tchaikovsky.
"Its surly a great moment and honours not only for me and my musicians but also my State that the Bavarian State Orchestra along with my Kashmiri musicians will present my composition conducted by the music legend Mr. Mehta" Abhay Sopori said. |
