Theft case solved within 2 days

UDHAMPUR, Sept 6: Police worked out a theft case within two days in which some goats were stolen by the thieves from the house of one Asha Bibi Mirwaj residence of Barnara tehsil Majalta during the intervening night of September 2 and 3.
Based on a complaint lodged under a case FIR No. 41/2013 under section 379 RPC was registered in P/S Majalta and a police team led by SHO Majalta Inspector Sukhdev Singh was deputed for searching the stolen goats and arresting the unknown thief. During the course of investigation, police party conducted raids in various suspicious areas and ultimately arrested the accused persons namely Muneer Mohd son of Mohd Shatu residence of Barnara Tehsil Majalta, Sher Ali son of Mohd Sadiq residence of Dhamma Tehsil Majalta and Liaqat Ali son of Noor Hussain residence of Plater Tehsil Majalta and recovered the stolen goats from their possession. Further investigation in the case is going on.
