Early TImes Report
Srinagar, Sept 6: Pahari speaking community members and leaders apprised the Pahari Advisory Board (PAB) state secretary Shoukat Kazmi, who was on a tour to Rajouri on Wednesday, about the poor functioning of Pahari hostels and delay in distribution of scholarships among the Pahari speaking students. Qasmi informed the media persons that soon after reaching Srinagar that they will call a meeting of the senior functionaries of the banks and they will be instructed to help such parents to open the accounts in the nearest branch in far flung areas. The PAB secretary appealed people of Rajouri to enrol girls and apply for the same before September 10.
