GBSWA to organize peace rally in JU on Sept 9 9/7/2013 9:32:57 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 7: In order to raise their voice again for the establishment of Gojri Research Centre in Jammu University (JU), the Gujjar Bakkerwal Students Welfare Association (GBSWA) is going to organize a peace rally in JU campus on September 9. GBSWA alleged that the Gojri language is ignored by the state government adding that generally people treat this language as second rated without knowing the previous history of the Gujjars-Bakkerwals. Gujjar Bakkerwal students' demanded establishment of Gojri Research Centre in Jammu University as an approval for the same was accorded in 2008 after a lot of efforts but there seems to be no progress. Talib Hussain state president GBSWA said "we are organizing peace rally on Monday to press the JU higher authorities to establish Gojri Research Centre for which we are struggling for the last several years.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
