A local contractor alleged that in charge of Company, Raghbir Singh is responsible for all this because he is getting 10 percent commission from the local contractors for allotting work on sublet base to locals. As per rule the company has to complete whole 50 km road on its own but it distributed work to local contractors in sublets. One of the R&B official wishing anonymity told that they time to time informed the higher ups about the ongoing irregularities on the under construction Bhaderwah-Chamba road but their complaints were ignored and instead of taking any action against the company, they always get threats of transfers. Khalid further alleged that top politicians of Bhaderwah have direct share in company and why no one is bothering about this important and economic inter-state Bhaderwah-Chamba road. Being a local it is the duty of every one to raise the voice against the ongoing irregularities and mass bungling in R&B department Bhaderwah, he added. |
