Jammu, Sept 15: Sunil Dimple president Jammu West Assembly Movement apprised Choudhary Mohamad Ramzan the CAPD and Transport Minister Jammu Kashmir state, the problems faced by the people of the Jammu region and brought in his notice once again the unhygienic ration scam expose which is supplied to the people of the Jammu region and the state.
He welcomed and thanked Ch Mohammad Ramzan CAPD food and supply minister for his sincere efforts to supply sugar to the people of the state and Jammu region as per past practice as 700 gms per member. Sunil Dimple appealed to restore immediate supply within one week of sugar to the people, as the festival season is approaching fastly.
He demanded Ch Mohmmad Ramzan to implement the food security bill in the state. He alleged that the Congress party is misleading the people of the country on the food security bill. He said only providing the floor 2/- rice 3/- wheat 1/-, is mockery, he said and added that the edible oil, sugar, salt, dals, vegetables, LPG and kerosene oil should also be included in the food security bill. He blamed the central and the state coalition govt that is not taking any steps to control the rising prices of ration atta , rice , sugar, edible oils, dals which have reached beyond the reach of common man.
Dimple alleged the 5 five litters kerosene oil is being given to per family which is great injustice with the people of the Jammu region. Dimple demanded the CAPD Minister and chief minister Omar Abdullah that the black marketers and hoarders have hoarded large quantities of essential commodities in godowns and the state and central Govts should raid on these godown. |
