KATHUA, Sept 15: Police arrested two thieves and recovered six bundles of iron wire from their possession.
The complaint of theft was lodged by AEE, Flood Control Department, Kathua in which he alleged that the iron wire valuing lakhs have been stolen from village Pambarda and Shabbaychak.
Acting on the complaint , SHO Rajbagh Inspector Naresh supervised by SDPO Border Mohan Lal Kaith conducted raids at the possible hideouts of the suspected youth and recovered the wire. The arrested duo was identified as Ankush son of Santosh of Udhampur and Mohinder son of Om Nath of Sakta Chak. They were booked under section 379 RPC. |
