Jammu, Oct 6: Jammu and Kashmir National Party, (JKNP) has demanded the Government of India to launch a new offensive policy against Pakistan's sponsored terrorism. While addressing the party workers meeting at Jammu, the president of JKNP, Dr Parihar lauded the actions of Indian Army and other security forces engaged against terrorism. He said that terrorism should be condemned by all and those who were defaming the role of Army should be treated as anti-national elements. He appealed to Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, BSF, CRPF and other security forces to launch recruitment drive in all the districts of Jammu region. He further appealed to the union government to establish a Indian Military Academy in Jammu in the name General Zorawar Singh on the line of Indian Military Academy Dheradun. Those who spoke in the meeting included Ashwani Bhadwal, Sanjay Gupta, RC Choudhary, Youginder Zutshi, Ravi, Sharme Karan Singh Langeh, Happy Charak, Ramnik Slathia and Shamsher Slaria. |
