Div Com Jammu starts enquiry into Gool violence 10/6/2013 10:36:40 PM Et Report RAMBAN, Oct 6 : Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Shantmanu (Enquiry Officer) appointed by the Government to enquire into Dharam incident, that occurred on July18th, 2013, today on his way to Gool met with senior Civil and Police Officers at Dak Banglow Ramban and initiated the process of enquiry.
