10/6/2013 10:34:42 PM
ET Report
Srinagar, Oct 6 : Joint Employees Action Committee today said that it would convene an important meeting on October 7 (Monday) and would decide about the future course of action.
JCC leader Abdul Rouf Bhat told that the random arrest of employees in no way could discourage the employees leadership who are hiding fearing the wrath of present 'autocratic government'. Secretariat Employees Union leader Abdul Rouf Bhat condemned the random arrests of government employees and said that government could not cow down the employees by its repressive measures.
He told that employees leadership is going to held an important meeting on Monday in which future course of action would be decided. "Government should think about the problems and demands of employees.
The government could not suppress us. I think sense would prevail and it would invite employees for talks," Bhat told.
He said that instead of resorting to suppressive measures government should find such means which could end the dead lock between employees and the government.
