Kathua, Oct 9: District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Basohli, organised District level quiz competition at Government Higher Secondary school (Boys) at Kathua, on Wednesday, under the supervision of DIET Principal Lok Nath Bhatt and Vice-Principal Ajay Gupta. Two participants each from 10 educational zones of Basohli, Mahanpur, Billawar, Hiranagar, Kathua, Lakhanpur, Barnoti, Sallan, Marheen and Bhaddu participated in the competition organized on the topic onScience and Math subject. The participants of every zone gave the best of them but finally the team of Government Higher Secondary School, Pallan succeded in scoring the first position. Where as Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) Kathua team got second and Government High School, Sandhar declared third. The competition was conducted by Sanjeev Dogra, Brij Bhushan, N. K Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, K.K Badyal and Kewal Krishan.. Later the prizes were given to the competitors of winning teams. |
