| Withhold salary of Director health, CMO Rajouri if compensation not paid: HC | | Land Compensation Case | |

Jammu, Oct 9 : (JNF) Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today in a case of land compensation has directed the respondents to pay the compensation amount with Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Adv Aditya Gupta for the petitioner whereas Deputy AG Neeru Goswami for the respondents whereas Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Baljeet Singh Pathania and CMO Rajouri Dr. Yash Karsyal who were presented in the court directed that in default of the clearance of payment of compensation, salary of Director Health Services Jammu and CMO Rajouri shall not be released.
The court also directed Registry to supply the copy of this order to Chief Secretary for taking strict action against the concerned authority. While directing the respondents, Justice Tashi Rabstan observed that the lad of the petitioner was acquired by the respondents in the year 2011 and he has been denied compensation for which he is legally entitled. The nonpayment of compensation is clearly a fault on the part of respondents. |
