Vijaypur, Oct 16: Former Minister and senior Congress leader Manjit Singh today greeted Muslim community on the auspicious occasion of Eidul-Azha.
Singh accompanied by Sapranch Rajinder Singh, Brij Pal Singh, Sarpanch Thandi Khui Sukhjinder Singh Polla, senior Congress leader Arjun Singh Charak, Sanjeev Singh Bogal, Shami Bhagat, Sohan Lal Katal, Som Nath, Chuni Lal visited Eid Gah at Mean, Badi Badori, and Vijaypur.
During his visit, Singh greeted people and wished them on Eid ul Azha. He said that Islam teaches about peace while expressing happiness over the brotherhood among the different section of society. Prominent among others who were present on the occasion included Choudhary Saleem, Haji Ajaz Din, Ex Principal Noor Hussain, and others.
