Jammu, Oct 16::All Senior Citizens & Pensioners Welfare Association (SC&PWA), Reshamghar Colony, Jammu organized a Police-Public Meet today at Ambedkar Community Hall which was presided over by J.S. Johar, Superintendent of Police (SP), Jammu as chief guest.
In his presidential address, the chief guest SP Johar discussed the importance of the Police-Public relations to weed out social evils from within the society and also appreciated the efforts being made by the association for the welfare of the senior citizens and development of the colony.
Dr Mohan Lai Gupta, President, S Harbachan Singh, General Secretary, R.C. Vaid, Secretary, Raghunandan Bali, Vice President, and others members spoke on the occasion.
Thereafter chief guest, SP.J S Johar, distributed the identity cards to the members of the Association. The SDPO, Bakshi Nagar and S.H.O. Bakshi Nagar were also present on this occasion. At the end Dr. Mohan Lai Gupta, President presented vote of thanks. |
