Jammu, Oct 18: A book release function of 'Beyond Three Words' an English fiction authored by Abhimanyu Jamwal was held here today.
Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Kuldeep Khoda was the chief guest on the occasion whereas Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu was guest of honour and Padmshree Balwant Thakur, Regional Director ICCR presided the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Khoda appreciated the effort of the young author and said that it was a matter of pride for the state. He said the author has come up with an extraordinary work and needs appreciation.
Ishar while congratulating the author asked the youths of the State to take a lead in exploring their inner potentials. Thakur said that such efforts would help in inculcating a sense of cultural awakening among the youths. He admired the unique initiative taken by the author and asked him to carryon similar work in the days to come. |
