Jammu, Oct 24: J&K Human Rights Watch (JKHRW) has expressed concern over unprovoked firing shelling by Pakistani troops on civil population along International Border. According to press release, a meeting of JKHRW was held under the chairman B L Kapoor. While addressing, Kapoor said that Pakistan has been bent upon to create panic in the state and has been increasing sufferings of border people. "Perhaps Pakistani authorities presumed that Indian are befooled by their false assurance and commitments for strong relations and peace on Indian offers but they are in wrong, infact India is a nation of scholars and peace loving and not a nation of illiterates, violators, cruel and fools", he said. Kapoor urged upon the government to provide all type of essential help to the border migrants without any delay so that the migrants might have sigh of relief at the time of distress and unavoidable circumstances. JKHRW decided to come out for their help assistance which would be possible at their end. Kapoor also appealed even common man to strengthen help which can be easily possible. Prominent among others Viney Gupta, Poonam Gupta, Deepak Kapoor, Haji Abdul Khaliq, Haji Maqsood Ahmed, Bhagan Singh and Sarika. |
