Jammu, Oct 24 (JNF): In a petition filed by Sushil Kumar Sharma who was vide Govt Order dated May 22, 2013 has been posted as Administrative Officer in the Directorate of Family Welfare, MCH and Immunization Jammu against available vacancy which is seems to have been done at the request of Directorate of Family Welfare. However vide Govt order dated October 4, 2013 issued by Under Secretary to Govt H&ME, the petitioner has been deputed to National Rural Health Mission for further duties without specifying the post against which petitioner has been deputed. The grievances of the petitioner mainly is that authority competent to transfer the petitioner is GAD and not Health & Medical Education Dept. Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Rakesh Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to the respondents returnable within two weeks and in meanwhile stayed the opreation of Govt order dated October 4, 2013 till next date.
