Samba, Oct 24: Youth Congress activists today staged protest demonstration against Pakistan at New Bus Stand Samba under the leadership of Vinod Kumar (President Youth Congress Samba).
They also burnt the effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Shariff.
Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Kumar said that for the last few weeks Pakistan Army started heavy firing on IB and LOC, affecting several families. Vinod Kumar appealed state government to give a piece of 5-5 Marla land to the affected families and a befitting reply to Pakistan. Sunil Kumar, Choudhary Mukhtiar Ahmed, Khalid Hussain, Raj Kohli (Vice-president Masha Sadar Sabah Samba), Paramjeet Singh, Pawan Kalotra, Manish Bhatti, Jagdish (Koda), Varinder Sharma, Ashwani Kumar, Suresh, Mukesh, Rakesh, Romi Masi were also present. |
