Kishtwar, Nov 8: An educational/motivational tour for elders was flagged off from Kishtwar under Operation Sadbhavana by 11 Rashtriya Rifles. 24 elders belonging to remote and far flung villages of district Kishtwar will be taken to Delhi, Udaipur and Ajmer on 10 days visit.
In a simple ceremony, Commander of Rashtriya Rifles flagged off the team and expressed hope that the tour will have a positive impact on these elders which will further be shared with the other locals. He said that by means of this tour the elders would be introduced to the rich tradition, heritage and culture of our nation. On this occasion, officials of civil administration were present.
