Lok Adalats on Nov 9, 15 , 23 11/9/2013 11:21:29 PM Jammu, Nov 9: To ensure settlement of public, defaulting borrowers issues, the Secretary Legal Services Committee of High Court is organizing a Pre-Lok Adalat on November, 9 and 15 and a national Lok Adalat on 23 November. According to press release, in the Lok Adalat, dues of defaulter borrowers will be settled under “One Time Settlement” if both borrowers & Bank arrive at negotiated settlement. ”It is golden opportunity for the borrwers of Bank, against whom Bank has initiated legal action under SARFAESI Act-2002 and also against whom Civil Suit has been filed in various competent Courts for recovery of the Bank dues.
