ESTEIR expresses concern over negligence of traffic department

Jammu, Nov 9: Educational Scenario Transforming Education into Reality (ESTEIR) Chairman Rishi Kilam today expressed concern over mismanagement, chaos and negligence of traffic department in Jammu city.
According to press release, Rishi Kilam said, “ Due to the total negligence of the large number of feel traffic authorities one has to see and face lot of problems and frequent road accidents.lt seems that the entire department have same understanding with the owners of passenger buses”.
Rishi Kilam said that the people of Talab Tillo Bohri were facing hardships and acute traffic problems because of the negligence of traffic officials. He added that they are the silent spectators and give free hand to the passenger vehicles the reason best known to them, there is no permanent or fixed stops for passenger buses. The traffic situations are alarming and hopeless in Jewel Chowk, Janipur, Golepully, Bohri Chowk, New plot and Bantlab Chowk, Canal Road.
