EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Nov 11 : Students of KC Gurukul Public School Paloura, Jammu participated in the CBSE- 2nd International Life Skills, Values, Gender, School Health & Well Being Regional Summit 2013, held at DPS Ludhiana on 9th& 10th November 2013. This Summit was being organized by CBSE in Collaboration with 'Expressions India'.Programme included Interactive participatory sensitization workshops, training programmes, health exhibition, socio cultural events, leadership camps and film festival. Radhu Gupta(Teacher in-charge) along with a team of 4 students-Tarun Sharma and SanchitSharmaof Class 11th, Lovkesh Deep Raina and Sheita Khanna of Class 9th, attended the summit. Our team was awarded first prize in the Theme Song Competition on Gender and Values and received wider appreciation in the Wellness Elocution and On The Spot Poster making Competition.
Our team is going to participate in the International Summit 2013 in New Delhi, scheduled from 16thto 18thDec,2013. |
