Jammu, Nov 21: Adbi Kunj Jammu organized a function "EK-SHAM-SARTHI-KE-NAM" to pay tributes to its founder Dr. OP Sharma Sarth, an eminent literary personality. According to press release, the function was organized in Sewa Bharti auditorium, Ved Mandir complex Amphalla. The function was also based in honour of well known Punjabi poet and writer from California America Prof Surinder Singh Seerat, who was also chief guest on the occasion. Three books of "Sarti" in Dogri Punjabi and Hindi (Prose and Poetry) were also released which were published after the death of Sarthi by Sarthi Memorial Trust. In the first session of the function, two papers in Urdu and Punjabi were presented on the life and worth of Sarthi by Kapil Anirudh (Punjabi) and ML Ganjoo Frisal (Urdu). In the second session a composite multilingual Mushira was also organized in which about twenty five poets were recited their verses on the various aspects of life and works of Dr. OP Sharma Sarthi.
