JAMMU, Nov 22: The decks have been cleared for starting the prestigious Mubarak Mandi Cable Car Project (MMCCP). The clearance for the project from various agencies has already been obtained by the executing agency. This information was given to the Chairman, Legislative Council, Amrit Malhotra, today who was reviewing the progress of the project at an officers' meeting held here under his chairmanship. Director Tourism, Jammu, Chief Executive Officer, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society besides engineers and other officers associated with the project were present in the meeting.
The Chairman was informed about the features of the project. It was informed that necessary spade work has already been completed and work on the project will start soon. |
