Jammu, Nov 22: Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Officers Association (JKASOA) condoled the sad demise of Bua Ditta Bhagat, IAS (Retd) who died at Ludhhiana due to prolong illness.The members of Association said Bua Ditta Bhagat has risen from ranks to reach the pinnacle of bureaucracy. He was a thoroughly noble, gentle and upright human being. As an officer he has set standards of fairness, righteousness and honesty.
They further said he has been a role model in public and private life. His contribution to the cause of public in general and down-trodden in particular shall be always remembered.
The Association prays for peace to the departed soul and also prays for solace to the family of the deceased officer. |
