Srinagar, Nov 22: In connection with conduct of National Lok Adalat across the country onNovember 23, 2013. District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal is holding such Lok Adalat in the District Court Complex, Ganderbal on the said date. More than 2000 cases pertaining to provisions of public service including revenue, land mutations, relief to windstorm victims, MG NREGA, Electricity, Water Regulation Act, Motor Vehicle Act, MACT, Civil Suits, Food Safety Act, Fisheries etc. shall be taken up for amicable settlement during the said National Lok Adalat. As many as five benches have been constituted for settlement of cases.
All the concerned and the general public having any legal and administrative grievance have been informed to approach the National Lok Adalat to avail the opportunity for settlement of their cases during the said Lok Adalat. |
