Jammu, Dec 23: Taking cognizance of the recent fire incident in Clerical Hall of Cooperative Department in Civil Secretariat on December 20, 2013 in which few important records were gutted, State Government appointed Ramesh Kumar Koul Secretary Cooperative as inquiry officer to find out the cause of outbreak of fire and to fix the responsibility in the incident. Sources told Early Times that in this connection state government issued an order No. 1723 GAD of 2013 on 20-12-2013 confirming appointment of Ramesh Koul for investigation of the fire outbreak in the Clerical Hall in mysterious circumstances. Sources said Ramesh Kumar Koul has been assigned the job to investigate the incident and find out the lapses which caused to such incident in which files, papers and some records had been gutted in fire besides some electronic gadgets. "Ramesh Koul has been asked to complete his investigation in three days from the issue order," they said. Pertinently, the fire broke out in the Clerical Hall cooperative of Civil Secretariat on December 20 early in the morning in which files, papers and some records were gutted in fire besides some electronic gadgets. |
