Batch of inmates flagged off for educational tour

KATRA, Dec 23: Under the civic action programme, an educational tour for students of Disha Hostel was flagged off.
CEO, Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board M. K. Bhandhari, and Commandant 6th BN CRPF Sunil Kumar flagged off a batch of 40 students for ten days Bharat Darshan tour to Delhi, Mathura, and Agra.
DDC Reasi, Dr. Shahid Iqbal, SSP Reasi Vivek Gupta, Additional SP Katra Kublir Singh were present on the occasion.
The educational tour would provide an opportunity to students to acquaint themselves with rich culture of our country and advancements in the field of science and technology.
It is pertinent to mention that 6th CRPF Batalion has adopted this institution and the inmates are provided all facilities and assistance by CRPF.
It is ensured that inmates are given ample opportunities for their personality development.
