| 2 succumbs to injuries at GMCH | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 9: Two persons succumbs to injuries today while undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H).
Police sources said that a 20 year-old youth identified as Anil Kumar son of Surya Parkash of Androla Rajouri was undergoing treatment after he received injuries in a road accident on January 6. He was riding on a motorcycle when it collided with a tempo traveler near Dabb in Chingus.
The injured was shifted to GMC&H where today during treatment he succumbed.
Police said that after legal formalities, the body was handed over to family members for last rites. A case in this regard has already been registered by police.
Meanwhile, an unknown person aged around 30 year-old who was found from Gandhi Nagar few days in drunken condition today succumbed at GMC&H. The body has been kept in the mortuary of the hospital for identification and legal formalities. |
