Adv Gen Qadri inaugurates staff canteen at HC Complex 1/9/2014 11:45:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 9: Advocate General Mohd Ishaq Qadri inaugurated General Staff Welfare Canteen was in J&K High Court Complex Janipur Jammu in a well attended inaugural ceremony. According to spokesperson in Court, the canteen was completed by PWD(R&B) agency and active contribution of Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and worthy Law Secretary. "Directorate Litigation Jang Bahadur, Sr Addl.
