Court to hear bail pleas of eer,others on Feb 4 BOPEE scam 2/1/2014 10:44:32 PM Et Report Srinagar, Feb 1: The Special Anti-Corruption Court here adjourned hearing in bail pleas of 17 accused but former chairman of BOPEE Mushtaq Ahmad Peer, arrested for their alleged involvement in cash for paper scam in Common Entrance Test of 2012. As the case hearing of the case started before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Kashmir, Mohan Lal Manhas, and Crime Branch the investigating agency produced 17 accused before the court. The court partly heard the arguments in the bail pleas moved by six candidates, nine parents and one of the brokers in the case, Sajad Ahmad Bhat of Qoimoh Kulgam.
